Ladle gate developed, manufactured and patented by COMECA TECNOLOGIE S.p.A. (European patent EP1786581) with the designation SCS 1000.
The system is designed to be flexible and can be integrated on existing ladles without changing the bottom plates.
Early installations, now decades old, have allowed the product to be refined over time, making it simple and robust, suitable for the heavy-duty purpose for which it is designed.
A range of accessories such as drives or refractory mounting and dismounting equipment have been developed.
