Continuous casting
The ladle turret is a machine meant for the steel shop with the function of rotating ladles in a rapid and optimized manner, ensuring an uninterrupted flow of steel from the tundish to the continuous casting.
The ladle turret can have different configurations:
- Fixed-arm ladle turret
- Ladle turret with liftable arms
- Ladle turret with independent arms

All machines can be equipped with liftable covers for maintaining ladle steel temperature, weighing system and backup system for emergency maneuvers.
Controlled rotation
The use of inverters makes it possible to increase the rotation speed of ladles while maintaining accurate and smooth approaches at all times. Maintenance of casting/loading position is ensured by monitored mechanical systems.
Energy savings
Our turrets can be equipped with a cover system that limits heat loss while ensuring the temperature in the ladle is maintained longer.

Our turrets are designed with high levels of safety and considering the typical risks of the casting process.
Advanced control
Our machines can be equipped with weighing systems, arm or saddle lifting systems. Redundant power supplies are provided to allow emergency operations to be completed in case of failure.
Facility of maintenance
The plant is designed to be accessible only in a safe condition to the maintainer. Due to the presence of ladders, walkways and fall protection attachment points, the turret is fully accessible allowing easy and safe maintenance.
