Machining
Cylinders, rings and roller guides can be turned, ground, notched and marked in the specialized department.
We machine rollers and rolling channels from the following materials:
- Tungsten carbide
- Titanium carbide
- Steel
- Cast iron
To improve the friction between the cylinders and the rolled material during the rolling phase, we perform metallization of the cylinders with nickel-aluminium oxide.
