Engineering, construction, installation, commissioning, start-up and training service for a fixed-arm ladle turret with liftable saddles for handling 250 t ladles.
It will be supplied with the most advanced safety and operating technology for this type of machine, built to European safety standards and certified to EC Type IIA of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC (Machinery).
The turret is complete with weighing system, electrical and automation part and segregation.
Turnkey installation, including commissioning and staff training.
Engineering: detailed study of possible deformations under load.
The components that make up the assembly are dimensioned taking into account the type of service they must perform, the material to be processed and the environmental conditions in which the turret must operate, characterised by dust and temperatures above the ambient average.
Both the structures and the mechanical, hydraulic and electrical components are therefore designed to meet the requirements of heavy-duty steel service and to comply with the regulations in force in the field of occupational safety.
For this turnkey project, Comeca Tecnologie supplied a complete product and also carried out the on-site installation and commissioning with the customer’s support.
