Design, construction, supply and installation of transfer car and tundish tilting car (4 and 6 lines), complete with tundish nozzle ejection device.
The above vehicle is designed to carry out the transfer and tilting operations of your tundish.
The tundish is positioned on the machine by means of the overhead crane, where centring and positioning lugs facilitate coupling. The tundish is then clamped onto the tilting frame using a system of hydraulic pistons and wedges. Finally, an electric geared motor is used to rotate the tundish through 180 degrees.
The machine will be supplied with the most advanced safety and operating technology for this type of machine, built to European safety standards and certified in accordance with Directive 2006/42/EC Annex II A (Machinery Certification).
