Our consulting services for dust treatment plants offer strategic and technical support to help companies identify improvement opportunities, optimise production processes and solve existing issues.

It may involve a first phase with in-plant inspections (measurement campaign, e.g. pressure, flow rate, temperatures), followed by the further processing of the data collected and fluid-dynamic analysis using 3D software (CFD), a tool that allows to evaluate the best conditions in relation to the desired performance. The resulting output is a comprehensive report that assesses the behaviour of the plant in each situation and describes its strengths and weaknesses. The consulting can cover complete dust treatment plants or components, including activated carbon, quench towers, collectors, and canopy hoods.

We design plants and equipment, even with FEM simulations such as stress analysis and fluid-dynamic analysis.

We design for modification and improvement of components already in use by the customer, after surveys and measurements carried out by our technicians.

Our technical department counts 12 people, who work every day on the development of acquired projects, providing engineering for construction.

In case of complete plants, we develop their complete automation through partnerships with selected companies.

Automation logics are implemented right from the start according to the required performance and safety levels needed.

In partnership with selected companies, we install the systems we supply and we are in charge of supervising the related site until the end of the activities.

To conclude, commissioning and start-up are accomplished, paying particular attention to the achievement of the required performance. Formation activities are also carried out during this phase.

Regular inspections are essential to prolong the useful life of the equipment used.

Through our team of specialised technicians, we offer service packages for auxiliary equipment (buckets, ladles, lifting devices), special machines and dust treatment plants components.

After the necessary measurements, the customer will receive a report on the current state of the component, as well as a possible offer for the necessary maintenance activities.

For equipment that is particularly subject to wear and tear or deterioration, the company presents itself as a partner to provide prompt service and maintenance, supporting the customer in choosing the best solution in every situation.

A lot of components can be restored through good maintenance. After receiving the component, the assembly and quotation teams will dismantle it and assess the state of wear and tear of the different elements. The customer will receive a proposal for the eventual restoration of the item with details of the parts to be reconstructed or replaced.
