Dioxin abatement plants
Activated carbons are used in dioxin abatement plants to keep levels of dioxins and furans in the flue gas evacuation chimney lower than 0.1 ng I-TEQ / Nm³.
All components used are in compliance with the ATEX Directive 94/9 / EC zone 22.
This plant, installed on a platform, provides 100 m³ of active carbon storage capacity.
This plant provides 75 m³ of active carbon storage capacity with a double cabin at the base of the silo to house system components and the control panel.
Positioned within the structure of the meltshop, this injection plant provides 75m³ of active carbon storage capacity.
Equidistant carbon lances arranged around the pipe provide optimal distribution in the flow and therefore maximum efficiency in dioxin absorption.
